I have been very impressed with Neibauer Dental Care. Not just with the dentist (who seriously are very attentive) but with the technicians as well as the folks manning the phones/office/insurance questions. I have been with them for a couple of years now and as a military spouse, also retired from the Air Force I am impressed. I guess my biggest "kudo" for them would be the lack of drama... seriously, everyone seems to actually like working there and when you're the next person they are dealing with, undivided attention is what you get.

I happen to be one of the biggest wimps when it comes to the dentist. Dr. Funsho and the staff there has been absolutely phenomenal especially with me getting a lot of work done at one time. This is one medical practice that truly care for the patient. More feedback to come, as Dr. Funsho and the terrific staff climb inside my mouth.

Office staff needs to work on manners and services accounts and just be a little more friendly. Going to the DDS can be a challenge for some. Office staff is not welcoming.
