As a person with a phobia of dentistry, this was as comfortable an experience as possible. I am not sure I'll be able to afford the amount of work needing to be done but the dentist was kind, listened, and made me feel at some ease.

I don’t know if I’m annoyed with Zocdoc or the my experience at this dentist office. I’ve used Zocdoc for various appointments. They were quick and easy, with just a quick sign in because they had everything they needed from the app. My experience at this location was just annoying, because I had to do everything all over again and they didn’t have my insurance card or approval. I thought that was the whole point of zocdoc and these offices being members with them. I ended up not having my appointment.
What’s the point of the Zocdoc app if it doesn’t help move things along quicker? What’s the point of these offices using the Zocdoc app if it doesn’t work?

Don’t go, I registered online, however, when I got to the office, they said that they didn’t have an appointment for me registered within their system. And that I’d have to wait till the afternoon if I wanted an appointment. Don’t go to this place. Find someplace else. I have very few PTO days and to waste one on a missed appointment felt horrible.

I really liked going to this dental office for all the reasons I found them here on Zocdoc, for: they just had great reviews, covered by my insurance and close enough to my home. However, it was really the best dental experience I have had. The staff is incredibly warm, thoughtful, courteous and the environment puts you at ease. I highly recommend the staff and Dr. Desantiago.
