Dr. Galen Filbrun is a Modesto native and has been providing outstanding dental care in Modesto since 1979. He received his dental degree at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. The Filbrun family practice includes emergency dentistry, pain control, various forms of oral surgery, crowns and bridges, laser surgery, cosmetic and implant dentistry. Dr. Filbrun has a special interest in Cosmetic, Laser, and Implant dentistry. He has received an honorary Fellowship from the Academy of Dentistry International for his volunteer work in foreign countries. He has received a Fellowship & Mastership from the Academy of General Dentistry for his postgraduate academic work, as well as Advanced Certification from the Academy of Laser Dentistry. Dr. Filbrun also holds Fellowship and Diplomate status from the American Board of Forensic Dentistry and a Fellowship and a Mastership from The American Dental Implant Association. Dr. Filbrun participates in the Modesto Restorative Study Club. Dr. Filbrun has lived in the Modesto area all of his life and is married to Brenda, his wife of 43 years. He has five children and four grandchildren. If he is not in the office, you will find him traveling, farming on his walnut ranch, or sitting on his boat. Dr. Filbrun thoroughly enjoys his profession and loves hearing of his client’s travels and experiences. God has blessed his practice with great staff and patients. Dr. Filbrun truly appreciates the years of support and friendship and looks forward to many more.
