More about Dr. Gary Hickenlooper, DDS
Dr. Hickenlooper earned his BS in Zoology from BYU and then his dental degree from Temple University in 1982. Immediately after dental school, he moved to Colorado Springs and joined a practice with another dentist on the south end of town. After two years as an Associate, he bought a practice in the central north end of town off Hancock and this is where he worked for 16 years before moving to the north east side of Colorado Springs in the spring of 2001.
Dr. Hickenlooper (Dr. H.) has a great deal of skill in artistically changing your smile with porcelain veneers, cosmetic bonding, crowns, bridges and implants. This will allow you to have the smile you’ve always wanted. He believes that, with advances in dental techniques, most people should be able to keep their natural teeth for a lifetime. His goal is to work with you to attain this goal.
Dr. H. lives in Colorado Springs with his wonderful wife, Debbie, and has six terrific children with nine grandchildren. He and his family enjoy the outdoors, water skiing, snow skiing, biking, hikes, and camping. He is also committed to serving his community through volunteer work with The Boy Scouts of America, singing with the America the Beautiful Chorus, and the past President of the local chapter. He enjoys singing bass with a quartet knows as Velcro, preforming at area events, plus he is very involved with his church. He has also been seen at the drag strip in Denver and Pueblo racing his 1953 Chevy truck that he built with his boys. Check out some of Gary’s videos on his YouTube Channel.
