Dr. Gary Shanker graduated from Washington University in 1964, and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology. In 1968, he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee and his postdoctoral degree in Orthodontics from Washington University in 1972.
Dr. Gary Shanker has served as an assistant professor of orthodontics at Washington University, where he has lectured and taught clinical orthodontics for over 15 years. In addition, his lectures have been presented to orthodontists, orthodontic graduate students and dental study groups.
Dr. Gary Shanker, Dr. Jonathan Shanker and Dr. Brian Schlueter work as a team of experienced orthodontists striving for one common goal – to provide their patients with the highest level of orthodontic care available.
