Know his stuff. Gives it to you straight without beating around the bush. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable all the way down to the receptionist. Very friendly staff.

Very flexible hours and seems to do a good job on the actual work but his bedside manner varies and his office staff is inferior.
I booked originally because of the flexible hours and convenient location and I brought my husband as well since he needed a new dentist. I have horrible dental anxiety and he was patient enough with that but my husband who's just a normal patient said that when he complained that he could feel the work being performed (Novocaine was not working properly) he was more or less told to suck it up.
He runs a family office which is not a bad thing but his wife is the receptionist/finance/insurance person and she really needs to take a class or two on insurance billing if she's going to hold that position. I have double dental coverage (one is a great platinum plan and the other as almost as good) and they are participating with both plans but originally she refused to bill both until I reminded her that she was contractually obligated as a participating provider and when she finally did bill both, the claims were incorrect MANY times. They also would not let me pre-schedule my 6 month cleaning at the end of the prior visit (I usually do this for my children so that I do not forget to make the appointment) and said they'd contact me... Never did receive that contact and I completely forgot to make the appointment...
Summing it up - My husband and I are now looking for a new dentist. :-/

Dr. Dubin was very attentive and gentle when working with my teeth. He took his time to explain everything to me and gave me a chance to ask any questions I had. I didn't feel rushed at all even though I arrived a couple minutes late.

The guy is really a bombastic jerk who spent most of the appointment talking about how rich and successful and wonderful he and his sons all were while insulting my graduate school.

Dr. Dubin is a great dentist. He started me with ivisalign and I am quite happy I did this. The office people are very friendly and always try to accomidate you as much as they can. I have always been fearfull of dentists, but I feel comfortable at this office.
