Dr. Hsu received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the U of Michigan in 1999. She then completed a GPR at the VAMC in Northport. Dr. Hsu has constantly endeavored to stay abreast of the latest developments in dental technology and advances in the dental sciences with extensive continuing education credits qualifying her for fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry.
Through frequent seminars and continuing education, The Institute of Advanced Dental Technologies has certified Dr. Hsu on the Category 2 level Dental Laser System. She is one of the first Invisalign certified dentists in the New York area receiving her certification in 2001. She also had served as a sub-committee member in the Greater New York Dental Meeting, one of the biggest dental shows in the U.S., as well as the New Dentist Committee of NCDS. She is a member of the 2014 class of Long Island's Top 50 Most Influential Women in Business by LIBusiness News and voted as America's Best Dentist every year since 2003.
She has volunteered her services via "give kids a smile day", TzuChi IMA, and NY Donated Dental Service.
Along with offering traditional / family , sedation and laser dentistry. Dr Hsu also provides Botox for wrinkles, fillers to rejuvenate the face, Zoom to whiten teeth, Veneer and bonding, and Invisalign to straighten teeth.
Dr. Hsu is married to her college sweetheart, is a local mom of two adorable children. She truly savors the simple pleasures in life and enjoys smelling the roses every day. "I always loved the idea of utopia. I feel quite lucky to spend my days doing what I love most...combining medicine (yes I am a science geek), creating art and hosting my guests (patients) to custom create their treatment for both health and beauty

Friendly manners and little wait time are important, but above all, but she did not provide satisfactory dental work. She recommended filling to cavities and immediately after leaving her office, I felt nerve pain. I went to her the next day to figure out the problem. At the end of the day, I went to a different dentist - he figured out that she hadn't shaved down the filling enough, which caused too much pressure on the nerve. The nerve had been traumatized and it took over a year before I stopped getting a jab of pain each time I chewed, including soft foods like bread.

Dr. Hsu was wonderful! She took time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire visit. I would highly recommend her!

Lovely office with the best dentist around. I would highly recommend Dr. Hsu. She's been my dentist for years and she is professional, honest, and a very nice person. Her staff is extremely efficient and warm. I have recommended others to see Dr. Hsu and they have all been pleased as well.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Hsu and it was a great experience. At the beginning of my appointment Dr. Hsu sat down with me to go over any issues and concerns I was having with my teeth. She was very knowledgeable and really took her time explaining things to me. After the consoltation I had X-rays taken. Once the X-rays were ready Dr. Hsu went through them with me explaining everything that she saw. My previous dentists have never taken the time to do this and I felt like it was very informative and helpful. I then had a cleaning done by Tracy (I think that's her name) she was extremely friendly and provided great information about general teeth hygine. Overall I would highly recommend going to see Dr. Hsu. I will be retuning in 2 weeks to get 2 fillings

Dr. Hsu is truly amazing! I suffer from "Dental Anxiety" and Dr. Hsu provides a calm and soothing experience. It was the best dental appointment I have ever had, and I had a cavity filled! Her staff is warm and friendly, a true pleasure to visit this office!

Dr Hsu and her wonderful staff finally enabled me to get a good night's sleep with my new mouth guard - I'm a dedicated tooth grinder and otherwise wake up with a stiff neck and jaw. They are always very warm and friendly -- and the bill is as low as they can make it! 5 stars all around!
