Dr. Grace Lee originally majored in English Education for her undergraduate and her Master’s degrees. While in the Master’s program, Dr. Lee participated in a mission trip to Afghanistan where she formed a passion for dentistry. As a result Dr. Lee went to the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine to pursue her dream to become a dentist. While in dental school, Dr. Lee continued to participate in dental mission trips and volunteered for Oral Cancer Research Projects and local dental services. Since she graduated from UPenn, Dr. Lee has practiced in the greater Chicago area as a general dentist. In addition, Dr. Lee has continued to expand her knowledge and techniques in dentistry to provide patients with the most advanced dental technology and the highest quality of dental care. Dr. Lee is a certified provider for Invisalign treatment, for oral appliances for sleep apnea and snoring patients and for implant surgery. Recently, Dr. Lee has become certified in Botox and dermal fillers. When not providing dental care for her patients, Dr. Lee enjoys running along the Lakeshore Michigan Trail, playing the piano, reading books and having quality time with her loved ones. Dr. Lee is always excited to welcome you and to build up a valuable relationship with you at the West Loop Smile Studio.

Dr. Lee and her staff are usually prompt, caring, and execute excellent service. However, in an attempt to replace my permanent retainer, the glue was uneven, cutting my tongue. I got it removed to opt for a removable retainer. Not only did they shave the back of my teeth to an uneven surface, but the retainer itself is misshapen. Rather than go back and "fight," I'm taking my services elsewhere.

Dr. Lee and her staff are professional, nice and friendly. Brian at the front desk is super friendly and keeps the office moving. Hygienist was welcoming and informative. Most people do not enjoy going to the dentist, I am included in that group, however Dr. Lee and staff make a visit to the dentist as enjoyable as possible. I will be returning to Dr. Lee & staff.

I went into the office a week ago with a horrible tooth ache. Janice the receptionist was so caring and gave me an appointment same day. Dr. Lee was wonderful, gave me antibotics for the infection. I made a follow up appt to have the tooth removed, that was yesterday 09/07.....never having a tooth pulled before made me nervous. The entire office staff was amazing, caring and made me very relax!! I couldn't have had a better experience.

I saw Dr. Clark, Katie the hygenist, and Janet the x-ray tech. I signed up via ZocDoc for Dr. Lee, but I think that's just a glitch in the system. Dr. Clark was great, I got in right away, and everyone was very friendly. Highly recommended

I love West Loop Smile Studio! Everyone at this office is very warm and professional. The wait times are generally non-existent, the atmoshpere is very comfortable with TVs for your viewing and the doctors are skilled and quick. I highly recommend them!

Doctor Lee is phenomenal. She's more than willing to work with you, and recommend procedures you actually need. She'll sit with you and go over each xray, procedure...etc before she starts. The thing that sets her apart, however, is her patience. I wasn't taking the anesthesia very well, and I was still feeling pain. Doctor Lee was very receptive of how I was feeling. She stopped, made sure that I was okay, and gave me some more time for the anesthesia to work it's magic. She talks to you to make you feel comfortable. She's very caring about her patients. If she needs to spend time with you past your appointment time, she will do so to make sure that you're walking out with a fantastic smile. It's also a huge plus that she's really nice and endearing.

Fantastic! Dr. lee is great! I admit It's been several years since my last visit to a dentist but Dr. Lee didn't lecture me. She explained all the components of her treatment plan and was very concerned with my comfort. Finally I have a dentist I like!

Her staffs are kind and helpful. Her treatment office is nicely set up to make you feel relaxed and comfortable unlike other stressful and intimidating dental office. Grace has great technique and go over detail with patient about her treatment plan. She is very trustworthy doctor.

Dr. Lee was extremely rude, sarastic and unpleasant during my visit there. I usually see Dr. Clark but since today was Monday I saw Dr. Lee. Immediately she came into the room she was stand-offish, tried to argue with me and acted like I was wasting her time. I really tried my best to be as pleasant as possible to her cos I was in pain.
I would have left and waited a few days to see Dr. Clark but I already took the time to come out to your dental office.
It seems to me she was not happy seeing me cos I was Dr. Clark's patient.
It is very unlikely I will be returning to this dental clinic, which is unfortunately cos the front desk and medical assistant have been awesome.
