Dr. Moore is dedicated to providing quality care while maintaining a comfortable and relaxed dental experience for her patients. She believes in improving overall health through personalized attention to each patient's specific needs. In addition, Dr. Moore is committed to providing oral health education as well as pursuing continuing education herself to ensure optimal treatment results. I will never go see another dentist besides this one. I've tried dentists in NYC/SF/CHI and many other cities and can wholeheartedly say this is the best dental practice I've been to. The highest of recommendations from me.

I made my appointment same day, as a new patient. Check-in was smooth, waiting less than 10 minutes before being seen, and the exam was quick (<1hr including xrays and cleaning). Both Dr. Moore and her assistant were kind and supportive the whole time - by being both gentle with their hands and clearly communicating what would be done during the exam.

While to location was convenient, the practice seemed a little out of sorts; I waited 25min before I was seen despite arriving early (I personally didn’t have a problem with this, knowing how things go, though others may have) and the hygienist who was initially taking care of me stated that she was confused by the X-Ray equipment. She said this while adjusting the equipment to x-ray me, and ended up passing along the machine to a different person (assumingely because she was not getting the pictures she needed, this was all on top of the discomfort too, I was experiencing, with pieces of the equipment in my mouth, nearly piercing my palette).
The doctor was generic, but thorough, listened to my concerns, and answered very matter-of-fact.
I could see myself returning to this practice simply for the convenience and for any short appointments (like cleanings) necessary in the future, but would be open to change if given opportunity.

Dr Moore is awesome. I highly recommend. She has a great bedside manner and I liked that she did my cleaning. American Dental has a ton of locations, so if you have to see a dental specialist, they are able to set up the appointment at the other locations,

Dr. Moore was super kind and did a great job of explaining everything. I was pretty nervous, and she helped to put my mind at ease. I have to do 2 follow-up appointments, and while I'm not looking forward to it(ya know, dental work), I'm much calmer than I think I would be with another dentist.
