Wonderful office visit. Very thorough and everyone was so nice. The only complaint would be the miscommunication between the office and zocdoc registration forms. They do not get them and it takes forever to fill them out. This is my permanent dentist now. Love them.

What I didn't like was you guys have an online website where you input you name ,address, phone number. The dental insurance code
and more.
I get to your office and the old lady with the grey hair ask me for my insurance number, I told her that I filled that in on the website. She then asked did I have a insurance card on me to make a copy. I didn't have it on me. So I said to here you already have all the information why doesn't she print it out from the website.
The lady then asked the secretary did she know anything about me? The secretary just handed her a chart on me that had my information on it! The older lady needs to know what the website has on it and what questions are asked of the customer. Then when they call like I did two time while on my way to the dental visit she could of had all these questions and information already collected. Then after that she handed me a clip board to fill in paper work and that I did do. (ZocDoc)
