Dr Neu and his staff were all awesome! It was a great experience for my 4 year old daughter. I am very comfortable bringing my son into the office tomorrow and I will also make an appointment for myself. Very nice, explain things well, exactly how a customer wants to be treated!

My appointment was to pick up my Respire Medical Oral Appliance or my sleep appliance. Doctor Neu was very informative about the device and made sure it fit well. He went over cleaning of the appliance and how to put it in my mouth and take it out and answered my questions.

My only regret is not going to him in the first place. Dr.Neu communicates with me and completely explains what he's going to do. I went in today thinking I had something that was an "easy fix" but it was much more complicated than I had imagined. After he determined the problem I had expected that I would have to make another appointment. To my surprise he asked if I had the time today and I thought he meant that I would have to come back later in the day. Once again I was wrong and he did the work right then. I like the nurses as well, everyone there is very professional.

Dr. Neu has been a wonderful addition to the Anderson Family's preferred providers as well as treating the employees of DBA Construction, Inc (our design build firm).
We were new to the area and Dr. Neu made us feel at home.
He is on the cutting edge with the lastest dentistry and has all the right facilites and equipment. He is very gentle, thorough and performs an outstanding job. All his staff follow the same friendliness and attention.
He loves his work as well as his patients and he makes everyone feel so very welcome while giving great customer service.

The staff was very friendly when they greeted me, even offered me drinks and such. They hygienist was very thorough during the appointment and even taught me some new things I did not know about the cleaning procedures. The dentist was very personable and very trustworthy, no nonsense. I would recommend any of my friends and my family here. Its a surprisingly great atmosphere at a dentists office

Docotor Neu's office was a great find! The office is warm and inviting. The receptionists and dental hygienists always remember you so they can ask how things have been. Also, if you have no cavities you get a free t-shirt!

Growing up, I was always afraid of a dentist - and this followed me into my adult years. Dr. Neu's staff didn't mind if I brought my ear phones and listened to music while they did their work. Everyone has always been caring and compassionate. I feel like I'm going to see friends, now, when I go to the dentist.

Everything was great. Only complaint would be the visit was over an hour- but there was no down time or waiting for anything- so not sure that it could be made faster.
