I booked appointment through Zocdoc and found that provider didn't work at the clinic, also office was closed on that day!

Walking in the office immediately through me off one lady was so sweet but the other lady was the definition of rude. Body language is such a strong language and I can 110% tell that she did not want to be there was huffing and puffing and simply exposing stress and nothing but a terrible attitude. I drove 2 hours to get here and I’m happy and thankful I did not go through. She said they had no information on my tooth but as I started to elaborate more and more said yes it’s tooth 14 so in conclusion there was some type of information they had she made it seem like they had nothing what so ever. She then stated to me that they still haven’t received the X-rays from me last dentist and that if I wanted to follow up to do it myself. I’m not a dentist I haven’t worked or explored the medical field career wise but I can tell you this is not right. Evaluate there team members and get HR involved this is truly scary and a serious case I hope the best for this Doctor and dentist office.
