Paid a lot of personal attention to my 90 yr old Mom, even though her insurance did not cover her care. Was caring, nice, professional and knowledgeable. Went out of his way to take care of her on short nitice and over a weekend.

Dr. John Rong is an experienced and compassionate dentist. He is passionate about 'honest, ethical, and genuine' care for his patients, and he considers himself an 'evangelist' to provide clients a tool to maintain long-term health. He started his practice because it allows him to focus on quality and comprehensive care for each and every one of his patients. It is very clear to him that if everyone takes care of themselves through routine care and check-ups, they will avoid costly and uncomfortable dental procedures. Dr. Rong's focus is to help his patients save money by spending less on dental care while maintaining excellent long-term dental health.
Dr. Rong received his Bachelors of Science degree from University of Texas, Austin, and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of California, San Francisco. When he’s not working with patients, Dr. Rong enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, and reading about religion & psychology. He is an active member of Living Stone Christian church and is the proud husband of his wife, Mia, and father of his 2.5-year-old-son, Ethan.

Dr. Rong was very friendly and approachable. He ensured that I was comfortable and painfree. Great professional and very knowledgable. The staff were also very friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Rong. It was truly a genuine care.

Dr. John isn't just a Dentist, he's a friend. I want my teeth to be done by a friend, someone who is not only knowledgeable, but also someone who cares. I wouldn't hesitate to drive the hour-long commute to see him next time the occasion has a need for it! Thanks Dr. John!

My visit to Dr. Rong's was the best clinical visit ever. The place is very well decorated and inviting. All equipments were top of the line. Dr. Rong is extrenely patient and explains everything very clearly throughout the procedure. He always made sure I was comfortable. I look forward to my future visits.

Dr. Rong was very kind, patient and explained what's going on, answered any questions patiently and checked in from time to time to make sure I was doing OK during the cleaning. The TV with Netflix on the ceiling that you can watch is very nice, so you may want to think about what to watch. The office and lobby are very clean and nice.

I had a problem with a tooth, and I was desperately looking for a dentist. One of my friends encouraged me to try Genuine Care Dental and I am very glad I listened to her. The doctor was incredibly gentile, & I felt no pain whatsoever. He explained me every procedure without losing his patience & I didin't ever realize when the whole thing was over. The staff is so warm and friendly. The office is very clean. It's a great experience, I will definetly recommend Dr. John Hao Rong.
