The visit was great and very insightful the whole experience was a real Pleasant and for a dentist office I was relaxed and being able to see what is being dealt with gave me the opportunity to see what my dental needs really are

I felt like I was not treated with the same care someone else would receive . I arrived around 4:10pm ...my appointment was 3:50pm I called ahead of time and once me and my 9 year old arrived . A question of my insurance was immediately questioned . I pre-registered on line -but was still presented with a load of papers to fill out . The doctor was really modest but insisted that I find another periodontist . I was confused because he is listed as a perodontist .
He said to seek another doctor - they would clean my gums up real good and I would follow up every 4 months .also after poking my teeth and gums a few time - he suggest the disease had not reached my bones and that this was good. He assured it was not bad and could be fixed. I thanked him but really felt confused when leaving. I assumed I went to the right place to receive the care I was seeking .

I went to Dr. Freidman back in June based off the comments I read! However, after seeing him for a follow up my opinion of him and some of the staff has changed! My appt was scheduled for 2:30pm, but wasn't called back until 3:20pm! Dr. Freidman was very unprofessional while speaking with me about my issue. In fact he was extremely rude ( no compassion or concern as to why I made the choice I did)....I was rather shocked in his behavior! After the unpleasant visit in the back, he proceeded to walk me to the front desk where he continued to be rude and shout out "I don't want to be responsible for taking out a tooth, I am dealing not with it" in front of full waiting room! The receptionist and other assistant who helped at the front desk were very pleasant and chased me down the hall to apologize and hand me some paper work! Needless to say, I will never return to this office!
