My visit was great. I was handled with care by the Doctor. He also gave me a lot of informative information regarding my teeth and it's care. I wanted to leave out with one of those big pens but the doctor wasn't having that. I had to leave the pens right where they were. Otherwise then that my visit was absolutely great. He did an awesome job on my teeth.

I was very impressed with Dr. Wyche and his staff Prior to my appointment, I read the online reviews when searching for a dentist. I agree with all that was said about Dr. Wyche and his staff. I felt very comfortable and look forward to working with him on my dental journey. Coming from a "scaredy cat about dentists" this is a first for me!

On a good note, Dr. Wyche is very nice. That's the only positive thing I can say about my experience. His treatment methods are very old-fashioned, his staff is nice but very inefficient, and my tooth issue that should have taken no more than 2 weeks to resolve ended up taking months. Never going back again.

I went in for a cleaning and filling. I visited three times over a month and the tooth that I was originally concerned about still was not attended to (I realized this later when I noticed that the hole I had spotted and pointed out to the dentist was obviously still there). I suppose the tooth could be fine as it is, but I have no idea if this is the case, because I did not get much information from Dr. Wyche as he was working (only brief answers to direct questions). The other staff members were very friendly and helpful, but I will be changing dentists after my three initial visits.

While the staff is friendly I have had several experiences where I've gone in to have service and they've told me, "oh yeah, Doc isn't in today and we forgot to call you" or "your crown isn't in yet, you'll have to reschedule." Waiting 3-4 months for a crown regardless of what the issue is is COMPLETELY unacceptable.

I found Dr. Wyche to be a very warm, gentle Dentist. He understood my nerves and took care not to cause me any pain. I also have to give his staff high marks - from the reception I received (as a new patient) to the handling of the billing to the dental assistant working alongside Dr Wyche -- all of them were incredibly professional and gracious. A special thank you to the dental assistant, who has a heart of gold and explained every step of the procedure in order to ease my fears.

I was very pleased with my visit with Dr. Wyche. Not only was he warm and friendly, but so were the members of his staff. Dr. Wyche proved himself to be very professional. He definitely seems to know his stuff! This was my first visit and I plan to return in the future!

Dr. Wyche saw me under emergency conditions. My regular dentit in Va. was out on Fri. And, I had a really bad tootache. Since I had a 2 week business trip scheduled for the next Monday, Iwas really glad he saw me on such short notice.
The Doctor did an outstanding job releiving me of my serious toothache. He explained the options and where we were in the process. He sucessfully saved the tooth for a route canal at a later date.
I've refered my wife,who works in the District, to him. And, I'm seriously considering changing dentists (after 9 yrs.)! He's 4.0 (in my book).
