It was amazing! Dentist visits give me anxiety. However, I explained exactly what would make me comfortable and they accommodated me. Four different individuals assisted me and I have no complaints. The young lady with billing is super funny and made it even more enjoyable! Thank You Dr. Heavenly and staff!

With all the feel-good, happy mumbo jumbo pasted around the office, you would expect the receptionist to at least smile. She must hate her job. The doctor is only interested in selling and not taking care of the patient.

Not very professional sent my 13 year old to the back and she didn't even have the decency to speak with the adult me the parent about any of my concerns with my child teeth being that she had braces and other concerns..In fact she sent her dental hygienist or assistant whatever you call it to the lobby in front of other patients (talk about patient confidentiality) to tell me about my child experience, didn't even see the X-ray of my child teeth to see the progression of her braces. I've always spoken to the dentist after treatments. What a joke my child teeths doesn't even look clean!! WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!! ????

I was absolutely, beyond pleased with my visit with Dr. Kimes! After finding myself in need of serious, major dental work...I consulted with several local, area dentist only to find myself more devastated and confused then before about what plan of action I would need to take in order to renew my smile. I'd met Dr. Kimes once before and originally considered her office until I noticed it was an more than an hour away from my home. My lack of wanting to travel proved to be very poor judgment on my part as it only rendered me time wasted and great disappointment from the various dental offices I did consider. In my frustration from still not knowing what my options were, nor where to begin...I remembered my very first meeting with Dr. Kimes and reflected on what I admired and appreciated the most about her, the very things I could and did not get from any of the doctors I had visited with before and that was the KNOWLEDGE, the CONFIDENCE and PROFESSIONALISM of the ENTIRE team, coupled with a GENUINE concern for my overall wellbeing as well as recapturing my smile and regaining my confidence! Needless to say...I make the drive without hesitation and would not care if it were two hours away for quality service AND my confidence restored!!! Which in my opinion is PRICELESS!!!! ;) THANK YOU SO MUCH...GOD BLESS EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU!!!!! You truly do make a difference!!!! :) :) :)
Oh, and I love the online check-in....it definitely saves time and gets you in much quicker because you don't have to fill out all the forms once you arrive to the office. ;)

Very slow, arrived early to do any new patient paperwork but still say and waited for 30 minutes after my appointment time. As well as being left in the chair for going on an hour. Came in for a cleaning, did not realize it would take 2+ hours. Very unhappy.
