Went for a routine cleaning, and got specific information about my teeth that felt very personal to me, as opposed to generic advice. I was impressed by the amount of time Dr. Henna took to get to know me and explain specific helpful tips to me. She brought up minor dental problems that others have noticed in the past, but she was the first to recommend helpful advice.
The entire staff was very well protected against Covid, and I felt extremely safe. They wore double masks, face shields, gloves, and protective clothing the entire time.
As a bonus, they also provided tinted goggles so that I didn't have to be blinded by the bright dental light the entire time. Why has non one else ever done this for me? It was a definite improvement to the experience.

Jojo the dental assistant made me feel so comfortable throughout the appointment! She was extremely kind and helped me feel right at home. Dr. Hussain was also amazing and very transparent about what needed to be done vs what could wait. It is just the two of them working at this practice, so they really make sure you get their full care and attention. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the San Diego area!

The office is very nice, as are all the employees.
I especially like the dental assistant.
Dr. Hussain is a great listener, and doesn't force excessive treatments or make one feel guilty if I don't want something (fluoride wash).
The only complaint is how much I am charged. I have had this issue with other dentists also-as my insurance allows 2 cleanings per year (covered), but because of the other services added on (exam) which are not I end up paying a lot out of pocket.

Receptionist(can’t remember her name)was sweet and welcoming. Greeting me with a smile and explaining some payment options since I don’t have insurance. They offer two adult membership discount options which is very helpful for all the work I need done. I first met JoJo and I was blown away with her friendliness and her way of going above and beyond to make me comfortable when I was scared from past experiences. She played music and talked me through everything. When I met Dr. Henna Hussain she was very kind and explained in depth all the work I would need done over the next few months all while trying not to overwhelm me. She even recommended an endodontist nearby to help evaluate some questionable teeth.I’m so happy to have found a place so close with such a friendly staff. I’m even exited to go back which I thought I’d never say.

My experience here was unbeatable! The all-female staff (GRL PWR), was super knowledgable in each of their positions. Angela that works upfront knows everything there is to know about insurance, is extremely thorough when discussing paperwork, and is all-around incredibly friendly. JoJo, the dental assistant, is AMAZING! Like she makes it so you want to come to the dentist every day just so you can talk to her. Her jokes, experience, & friendliness make this office incredibly lucky to have her. And of course Dr. Henna is the best dentist around! She's patient, informative, gentle, kind, & very friendly. All around, it was an amazing experience and I would recommend them to everyone!

Dr. Hussain and her staff - very friendly and professional. Office was immaculate. The doctor explained everything to me in layman's terms and constantly checked to ensure I understood.
Although I had to wait the office did a great job of informing me about my wait. They were working on a patient that came in with an emergency but they kept me very well informed and were extremely accommodating during my wait.
