I hate the dentist in general but enjoy seeing Dr. Rana! The staff here are always friendly. I can even watch Netflix while getting worked on and it seems to go by fast.

Dr. Rana is a native of India. She graduated from University of Gujarat, School of Dentistry in 1998. She worked in a private sector as a General Dentist for 2 years before coming to the United States in 2000 to start preparing for California Licensure.
In 2002 Dr. Rana passed her California Dental Board exam and became a licensed dentist in the United States. She has been practicing dentistry in the Sacramento and Roseville area for over 8 years.
An advanced dental education at the distinguished UCLA and University of Pacific Dental programs has enabled Dr. Rana's dentistry to be a unique blend of science and art. She is dedicated to advanced, postdoctoral study and provides her patient with a gentle, caring, comprehensive approach to oral health. She believes in conservative, preventative dentistry, and her goal is to increase the longevity of her patient's teeth.

Best Dental establishment I have ever been to. The office wait time was no more than five minutes. Dr. Rana and staff are very friendly and attentive. I love the modern technology that allows for me to get all my work done at once without having it sent out to the lab. I highly recommend Dr. Rana at Blue Hill Dental!

I just wanted to take a minute to tell you how thankful I am for what you have done for me. Before coming to see you I was always self-conscious about my smile and have seen many dentists who just saw me as a meal ticket. Your caring nature and your perfectionism have really changed my life for the better. Going to the Dentist is now something I really don't mind doing. Thank you very much and I hope you also realize what an asset you have in Krysta. It is always a great experience dealing with her.

Dr. Rana is the best! I went to her 2 years ago unseen - I broke my tooth and she saw me within 24 hours and fixed it the next day. Since then I have had both my normal cleaning - the BEST I have ever had, and additional crowns. She takes her time, does not rush you - answers all of your questions. Her #1 priority is patient comfort, and she is great at it. I am always nervous to have a crown done and during the procedure she is so patient, kind, attentive that I get very relaxed. She is very attentive to your situation - I have COPD and she is always aware of my health and asks throughout the procedure if I need to take a break. I HIGHLY recommend this office - Dr. Rana is GREAT, her staff always welcome you with a smile and are patient and very kind.

We love Dr. Rana & the staff they are very warm & friendly. Dr. Rana has even been successful in giving my 2-year-old a cleaning and he won't sit still for anyone! we've been here 5 years and wouldn't go anywhere else.
