It was a bit nerve wrecking to be at a different dental office, but they are nice and do their job very well.

This is probably the most professionally run office I've ever been in -- certainly the best medical offices, including hospitals. Service is fast, the staff is friendly and right on top of things, from the check-in and patient date (on a computer instead of those forms), the tour of the facility, and prep to checkout and billing. I needed a referral, and the staff had the oral surgeon's office on the phone and were asking me when I wanted to see them when I walked out of the exam room.
Ans, I really liked Dr Rosenblatt. He accepted that I knew what I was talking about, didn't condescend, and was professional and courteous to a fault.
