I need a lot of work done so it is expensive, if they offered payment plans I would definitely go through them but I just don't have that kind of money right now. Great Customer service though! And it is somewhat settling that I at least know what I need done.

Dr. Ikhlaq-Rosinski was great. She thoroughly explained everything to me, answered all my questions completely, and although I knew she was busy because I saw quite a few patients coming and going, she didn't make it seem that way. She took her time, was very pleasant, and smiled the entire time.

Showed up early for my appointment, got checked into the office in a timely manner. Friendly staff, very welcoming atmosphere. This office has a homely feel. My only complaint was the hour long wait. I as a bit skeptical about coming here but went ahead and came. And im glad i did. While I would say it was well worth the wait, they assessed my problem and the entire staff was knowledgeable, I would hope that I wont have to wait like that again. I am making this my go to office, the last office i went to were full of a very nicestaff but with my extraction and fillings, I felt it wasn't done properly. I got here, and they acknowledged the problems I have. Thank you.

I think Humaira Rosinski is a very good dentist. The office is comfortable and clean. The staff and dental assistants were friendly to me and others walking through the door. One of the staff called me earlier during the day and left me message to remind me about my appointment and to confirm. Humaira made sure all of the questions I had at the time were answered. She is very thorough and professional.

I was very impressed with my appointment with Dr. Rosinski. I was seen right away, the staff were all really helpful even though my insurance was giving them trouble. I got immediate relief for an incredibly painful toothache and an action plan was laid out. I was out of the office minus one tooth in under an hour!

D. Rosinski and her staff were so wonderful to my son with an extremely painful infected tooth. She gave him a shot right away to ease the pain, we had a diagnosis , prescriptions and action plan within an hour. She was kind, professional, knowledgable, extremely thorough. Will go again!

Being apprehensive of dentists all my life I am always skeptical... And being born with a gag reflex from hell does not help...which I warned them of. They were friendly and did not push anything on me, esp the bite wings xrays that are always not fun. Instead I was happily escorted to the panoramicxray machine which is far easier.
The doctors chair side manner was wonderful too as she explained my options clearly and in a friendly yet businesslike manner. Highly recommended from this chicken :)

She, as well as her staff was so gentle and thoughtful, explaining every step and making sure I was comfortable. Dr. Rosinski is my new dentist. Her and her staff were fantastic. I have a lot of anxiety about seeing a dentist but every one made me feel comfortable. I was in a lot of pain. They got me in right away and worked with me on payment options. Best experience I have ever had at a dentist appointment.

When i initially came in for a consultation and cleaning, Dr. Rosinski identified 3 fillings that i needed to do (this was actually the first time i went to see dentist in last two years). I received the cleaning and decided to come back to do fillings few month later. 2.5 - 3 month come by and i am back in the dental office to do filling. This time I have 5 fillings that needed to be done; i was never able to figure out how come I was able to get 2 new cavities in 2.5 months... I was not worried too much about it, since my insurance covered pretty much all of it, so i went ahead and did all 5 fillings. Their customer service was pretty good and i was happy with everything when i left the office, but.... Despite the great customer service, quality of work that i received was far away from being anywhere from acceptable.
One week later i was back to get my filling redone. because i was not able to chew on the side where i had my new filling and because one of the filling actually fell out.
Another week passes by and i still cannot chew on the side where i had those new fillings, because i felt pain every time i tried to chew anything harder than mashed potatoes. So i went back again and got those fillings redone second time and i was also told that in order to get rid of the pain i will need to do root canal and put a crown, since the filling is too close to the nerve.
So even with great customer service i would not recommend this dental office.

Let me just start by saying, I love this practice. The moment I walked in the door I was impressed. I received a warm welcome ,very efficient check in, and the dental hygenist was great. ( I feel very bad as I have forgotten her name) The doctor was very nice, thorough , and up front. I would highly recommend this practice!

Very pleasant and caring staff.I wish I knew their names but the young black girl with the braids and pretty purple eyeshadow gave me a blanket and the young dentist guy with the black hair who's going to a barbeque this weekend who cleaned my root canal was very concerned and loving and the assistant who helped him who's having a baby smiled at me every time I looked at her..the financial consultant was very patient with me and kept explaining the monthly payments until I understood..Very diligent in her job. The staff seemed happy to be there.. ms rosinskis husband it's the one I spoke to before I came into the office.he was concerned and said to even come early and you all would work hard to work me in.ms.rosinski herself was so concerned because I was high off the codeine and she sent for my husband just to make sure I had good judgement about the decision I was making..she cared about what I was going she wasn't just trying to get money she wanted to know for sure that I was doing what I wanted to do...you all are lovely individuals..May the Lord bless you abundantly....I had mind numbing pain but thanks to you..I'm free!!!!

The first verbal contact was very helpful welcoming and pleasant. My first physical contact was pleasant as well. The atmosphere of the office was soothing and inviting. The general environment, I have to experience this new more, such is the plan. This will offer me the opportunity to see how they continue to treat me, as we work as a unit toward a common goal. I didn't like that someone left me to do something, but i do understand it, as clientele grows. The level of customer service was realistic and acceptable for the most part.
