Dr. Nguyen was very friendly and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Although I didn’t do any work with her, she referred me to people who could and was transparent with me! Highly recommend as I’ve had bad experiences with doctors in the past.

I went for cleaning. The doctor was doing in rush, the equipment that used to clean the teeth were hit my teeth many times and the pointing side was pop my gum got bleeding (I could see the red dot mark on my gum after cleaning). Afterward, my mouth felt sore on gums and numb teeth.
Didn't tell patient to not drink after the coating applied on my teeth.
Didn't provide cleaning kit for patient after cleaning visit (toothbrush and floss ...)

Dr. Nguyen was super friendly, professional, and punctual. For each of my visits I was in and out of the office in under an hour. Office was also extremely tidy and had a very inviting/zen atmosphere. This is great for people like me with dental anxiety.

The Doctor is very nice, patient and caring. She consistently checked in if I was in any type of pain during a routine cleaning appt and her assistant was very nice and checked in how I felt for any discomfort during x-rays. The Doctor also did not combine 2-3 services into one appt without asking me first, in my case, she wanted time for my gums to heal before moving onto a deep cleaning service appt. You can see this Doctor is not after making money as top priority, she truly wants her patients to be as healthy as possible and practice preventive care ongoing. Hence, she's passionate about her job. Also, her staff/assistant does not waste your time and they are very prompt to call you in at your scheduled appt time.

Dr Nguyen has repeatedly gotten me in on one days notice. And always greets me right away. In my visits she has always seen me on time if not early. She is truly an artist as she reconstructed my tooth in 20 minutes! Her personality is friendly and outgoing and makes you feel at ease. Highly recommended!

I am really happy I chose Huong Nguyen. She greeted me as soon as I walked in . I came in about 40 minutes early and I was seen right away. Her assistant was very nice too. I highly recommend Huonh Nguyen, DDS !!!

From the moment I walked in I new I'd have a great experience. The receptionist was warm and welcoming. Dr Nguyen was very professional and addressed all my concerns. The process went smoothly. I went in for consultation and cleaning. I have a 2 cavities and plan on getting them fixed next week. I'll leave a review then as well.

Overall GREAT experience. It was my first time here, and first dentist visit in at least 3 years. I had full x-rays, a cleaning, and a filling done all within less than an hour and a half. Dr. Nguyen and her assistant (Rosie I think?) we're extremely friendly and prompt with this visit. When I was unsure as to what my insurance would cover, Rosie made a call to them and figured out my costs and broke them down for me. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.
