Dr. Lee can see patients for cleanings, consultations, fillings, emergencies, and any cosmetic treatments as well!

Last week I visited the office as a new patient and the front desk receptionist whom wore the hijab was abrasive. When greeting the regular clients she was pleasant but for new patients she did not smile, had an short tone and was not warm. While filling out the new patient information she often yelled my name across the desk even though I was sitting right in front of her. When patients finished seeing the doctor, she would ask the patient when would be a good time to reschedule their appointment in the next six months. But when I was standing at the desk, a few minutes passed by and she just watched me stand there. She did not wish to inquire about making another appointment so I stated the week I would like to be seen. When I asked for a Saturday appointment she gave me resistance. Then when I stated that I would be here at 9 AM she stated that "I better be on time". And I responded "well I was here an hour early for my appointment" her colleagues even turned baffled at her comment. Her level of immaturity really puts the efforts of her team members and the dentist to shame...she had no professional etiquette.
I am unsure if the recommendations/reviews are seen by the patient but I really hope word gets back to her. I really hope she uses this review as an opportunity to improve. She should remember that every opportunity that you are working you are servicing people during an unprecedented time and you have no idea what they may be struggling with but kindness and a smile can go a long way during these times.

I was very pleased with the visit in its entirety. The waiting area and restroom was very clean. The receptionist and staff were very polite and courteous. The xray tech was awesome. My fear of going to the dentist is not what it use to be since the visit.

I had a tooth pulled during this visit where she cracked the crown in the adjacent tooth during the extraction. She states she is not responsible for fixing my crown, even though she cracked it during the procedure and NEVER made this clear. Bad professionalism, taking my business else where.

The doctor and staff were very nice and professional, but I was a little taken aback that the two dental chairs were in the same room with just 3/4 of a wall to separate you from the other person. Not very private at all! Overall I think she was a great dentist and I will be returning to get some dental work done within the next couple of weeks hopefully. :)

The work done was exceptional. Highly recommend Dr. Lee and Bayside Laser Dental. Staff was great as well they get you in and out, very friendly receptionist Min coordinated all of my appointments and insurance. Dr Lee's work is the best i have ever had in over 20 years of going to different Dentists.

I don't think I could say that I had a good experience.
Firstly, they had managed to mess up my appointment time so they had to call me the day before to ask me to come in at a different time. Sure, people make mistakes -- I get that it could happen -- but the receptionist that called me never even apologized for the mistake. I was a little pissed but my teeth checkup was about due so I wasn't about to get a new appointment with a different doctor to wait a couple weeks again. So I had agreed to come in at the different time.
On the day of the appointment-- I get to their office, but I don't see a single car so I call their office. And then I find out that the lady that called me the day before also managed to not mention that the doctor was going to be at a different office. So I had to drive another 10 minutes to their different location which would've been actually a lot closer to my home had I known about it already.
Now onto the actual appointment.
The girl taking my teeth x-rays didn't seem experienced and had to ask her peers multiple times as to why there were white spots on the images as she wasn't very good at focusing the lenses -- I guess she was interning or something so okay I'm not going to deduct any points here.
Bedside manner by the doctor -- When she came over to my chair to check my x rays and such, she didn't even put any effort to greet me. She just went onto checking them as if I didn't even exist. Then just started doing a scaling on my teeth without giving me a heads up as to what things she'll perform that day -- if I am letting someone start doing things to my teeth I usually kind of like to know what she's planning on doing to them.
There was also a time when she referred to me as "this person" as opposed to "this patient" in Korean when she was telling her nurse to put on my xray images on the screen.
In terms of actually working on my teeth I think she did a good job -- there wasn't anything that bothered/irritated me.
After all was done, the doctor left the office for the day before me, but she also didn't bother to say good bye or see you next time -- so seemed kind of impersonal.
I think for me, it's safe to say that it was one of the rudest and unwelcomed dentist visit I've ever had.

I took my daughter there for a cracked tooth and that tooth wasn't even taken care of even though that's what the appointment was for. Instead there was work done on two other teeth that my daughter didn't have a problem with. The whole time the doctor was drilling we thought she was taking care of the cracked tooth. Not to mention she got the drill stuck in my daughters tooth. She did not wait till my daughters mouth was completly numb before she began scrapping and drilling. She only cleaned half of my daughters teeth. I've been to many Dentists and I've never had an issue such as this and the way they handle their patients. So if you go there be prepared to have issues with your teeth that you never had before.
