I had an appointment but the office was closed when I went there.

The office didn’t know I was coming or that I had an appointment despite me filling out forms online from the facility, prior to the appointment. My insurance also wasn’t accepted there despite me booking the appointment because ZocDoc said it was in network. The office wanted me to still honor my appointment by paying out of pocket (the receptionist said it a few times) which I thought was weird because why would I opt to paying for anything out of pocket when I have full coverage insurance?
