The wait time was extremely long, their computer system went down Midway through my appointment. I was there from 10:30am until about 2 pm and still need to come back for results about cavities.

Wait time is ridiculous! They don't stick to the scheduled appointment time but instead to first come first served which is a waste of time since they schedule multiple people for the same time.
The receptionist makes you fill out the lenthy form even though you already filled it on ZocDoc to have a speedy checkin. Doctor is not the best and doesn't give that personal touch like others but instead he treats you the fastest possible to go onto the next patient.
Very displeased,finally is not a very good looking dental office also. First and last time I go there.

Appointment was at 5PM, I get in to see doctor at 5:40PM, then was waiting for more than 20 mintues to come nurse to do x-ray, then ince dine doctor come after 10 min more and the end he recommendation was to pull out the teeth no thing else even only the filling was goes out and should put new filling into teeth.

My first and last time. They don't really communicate with you or each other. Plus they kept trying to make me purchase products from them which was annoying. I do not recommend!

Went in first time with a wisdom tooth... he took a xray right away and removed the tooth without me even feeling a bit of pain... speaks very calmly and hes now my new dentist for sure!

Took forever to finally get into to see the doctor. Its first come first serve. They dont care about your scheduled time. Dont recommend unless you are ok waiting. They did a good job cleaning my teeth though

First of all, I wonder what's the point of filling ZocDoc form if I have to fill in the same kind of forms again at the front desk. Furthermore I booked a time on Zocodc and the receptionist told me that she cannot access Zocdoc data so she was not even aware I made an appointment. The waiting room is over crowded; more than 50 people waiting, no room to sit, so people just standing against walls and blocking doors. It does not feel good. There is no clear line and people just try their way to the different counters or they just enter the examination sector. The place looks rather old and not very clean. I was there with my wife and we both had an appointment for teeth cleaning. After about 2h of waiting, my wife went see an assistant who did x-rays and told her that there is no hygienist and she has to come back next Friday for the cleaning. I think I was scheduled next but then I just left and cancelled because I came for a cleaning. So I just wasted 2h of my time for nothing in a super crowded place.

If you love going to the DMV, you will love sitting in this waiting room with 47 other people and 30 chairs (I counted, because I was sitting in the room for two hours and my phone died while I was waiting to be seen). This office does not take credit cards for small copays, be advised that you will need to carry cash. They also apparently do not clean, as my exam "room" had storage items stacked up and overflowing, rust and condensation on the instruments and the whole place has a very dirty floor.. I overheard a discussion (my exam room had no forth wall, which is why I am not even sure it was a room.) about someone wanting to quit her job because of how awful it was there - and I agree fully. I also overheard a discussion about finding extra ways to charge me and "make my visit worth it". I would NEVER go into this building again. I don't believe this provider should even be listed on Zocdoc at all. I am very, very disappointed and shocked at how I was treated.

Receptionist had no record of my ZocDoc appointment or online check-in. I waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes to be seen. Waiting room was so crowded that I stood the entire wait. Office does not accept credit cards, and I had to find an ATM to pay my deductible. Will not return.

I have anxiety with going to the dentist and they were completely understanding. I didn't wait, went right in, everything was explained to me.

The staff was very friendly and I saw the dentist less than 15 mins after I came. Just the time to fill out some paperwork. He gave a lot of information about my option. He was very friendly and professional. I'd definitely come back !

It was very crowded. The receptionist was really nice as were the dental assistant who took my x-rays and the dental hygienist who did my deep cleaning. The staff were all polite, efficient, and professional. As for the Dr...well...let's just say I would like a second opinion.
