Flawless experience... I am not a fan of going to the dentist but this experience was like remarkable. I was greeted with a welcome gift. The staff; each and every one the staff members were super nice and welcoming. They truly made me feel comfortable and at ease. There was absolutely no judgement. My procedure was explained to me throughly prior to it beginnin. Dr. Igor was very friendly and informative. I an so happy I chose them.

The staff and Dr. Pasisnitchenko were all so pleasant to speak to. They had a very caring and happy vibe - even over the phone! The doctor had such a cheery disposition and was very easy going. The hygienist, Joy, was such a pleasure and so kind. She did such a great job with the cleaning and was very thorough. It was my first visit there and they were kind enough to do a sweet gesture and gave me a little gift bag with a gift inside and welcome card. That's such great attention to detail and customer service. I absolutely love that. I will be returning for sure.

Today's visit was with orthodontist, Dr Ivanov .prior to getting brackets ,I had my whole mouth fixed over some time ,2 crowns and bunch of fillings .I also come here for regular cleanings now.
Everyone is extremely professional .never have to wait ,never have issues with insurance billing and they always can accommodate hours that I request .

I have been going to Dr. Igor for years and am so happy that a dentist with his skills and technology is in this area. I have had some major issues requiring intensive surgeries, and they seemed effortless for him with his equipment, confidence, and knowledge. There have been a lot of technological advances in dentistry and he invests in them. It makes a big difference for a quick and painless recovery.
Everyone at the practice is compassionate and very friendly. I cannot say enough about Dr. Igor and his staff.

The staff at the dentist office is very friendly and accommodating I chipped a tooth early afternoon and they were able to get me in the same day the only reason why I did not give them five stars for bedside manner is because the staff and the dentist we're speaking Spanish while working on me and I don't speak or understand Spanish so I thought that was slightly unprofessional. But I do highly recommend this dentist they're very honest and didn't try to sell me or talk me into Services I didn't need.

I was nervous going into the appointment but upon arrival the office was decorated very nicely and the staff was awesome! I like how the program playing on the TV was dental related rather than having to watch the depressing news and daytime tv like other offices seem to do. He, the young doctor there and his staff are so professional. They have great bedside manner, are fast, efficient but more importantly explain their plan of care to the last details. They are very caring and also take into account the insurance plan that you have, to know what is covered, any wait time period for procedures, in order to do what's best for their patient financially. The office is very professional and friendly. They were knowledgeable and were able to help me with my first cleaning in over ten years. I had pockets that they are helping me keep clean so they can recover - no surgery recommended just because the gums needed to heal! I have TMJ, and they've been doing their best to work around that.
