Had a great experience at Dr. Sonet's office, and is probably the best dentist I have seen in a LONG time. He is incredibly professional and tells you exactly what he sees and tells you what steps he needs you take throughout the exam. His assistant Saskia was also lovely.

Dr. Sonet was professional and courteous. Informed me of what was happening while in the chair and was quite relaxed. Very clean facilities and I love having a Dr. who's got over 30 years of experience. I'll be back on Monday, fast turnaround, for a root canal.

Dr. Sonet graduated Magna Cum Laude from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, NJ (1978), and received his dental degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (1982). He has maintained a private dental practice in West Orange since 1984. Since graduating from dental school, he has taken extensive post graduate dental courses in all phases of general and cosmetic dentistry, receiving a fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry in 2001. Dr. Sonet was recently named to the list of “America’s Top Dentists, 2010.”
The practice of dentistry has changed dramatically over the past decade and new and exciting innovations and technological advancements continue to evolve in the field. “I thoroughly enjoy furthering my dental education, and bringing new techniques and cutting edge technologies to our family of patients, many of whom have been with us for over 20 years.” Dr. Sonet also specializes in same day emergency dental care, which is available to all patients.
Dr. Sonet is a life-long New Jersey resident, an avid cyclist, and he has been the president of the West Orange Chamber of Commerce for the past 2 years. He lives with his wife, Gabrielle, a school teacher, and their 2 children, Harry and Joelle, in Livingston, New Jersey.

I'm happy I came this particular dentist. First off, the music being played was great! Sober came and greeted me personally and 5 mins later I was in the chair. He knew what he was talking about and took his time to teach me about my teeth. A+ visit... hands down!!!!!

Fantastic dentist, Ive always had issues and some hesitation getting any dental work done. With doctor Sonet Ive never had any issues or reservations about getting any type of work done. Its also nice that I can come to one office for everything instead of having to go to multiple offices for different types of procedures.

Dr. Sonet tended to my needs in a very timely fashion & called me in immediately - no wait. He was very detailed in his procedure and was very informative while his manner was gentle & caring. This appt. was very successful!

Dr. Sonet was able to solve my problem in a timely manner. While he was filling the cavity, he took me along the process and explained what he was doing. He would ask me if I was okay during the procedure too. My visit was a great experience and i'm looking forward to come to this dentist again.

I have been coming to Dr. Sonet a long while. He has all the best qualities I require of a dentist. He is caring, patient, explains each procedure and best of all he presents all the choices available when there are options for treatment. He explains the options so well that I always feel reassure that I am making the best choice on his advice.
My husband required a great deal of work at the age of 80. Not only did Dr. Sonet save his teeth, but his appearance changed remarkable. In my opinion, Dr. Sonet has an aesthetic talent as well as great technical competence.
