Dr. Stein received his Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from New York University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the New York University College of Dentistry. His general practice residency was at Jewish Memorial Hospital in New York. He pursued post-graduate studies at the L.D. Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education, the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Studies, and the Seattle Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. Dr. Stein is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and is also a member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine . He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Connecticut Dental Association, Naugatuck Valley Dental Society and the Naugatuck Valley Chamber of Commerce.
