I am so grateful that I found this place! I have one of the worst cases of dental phobia there is and when I chipped my molar I went into full panic mode. Dr. Grafman's office was really close to my house so I decided to give it a try. When I went in for my initial consultation I was so surprised by how friendly everyone in the office was. The office administrator Amanda is there to greet patients warmly and provides just the right amount of friendly, casual conversation to really calm the nerves and make you feel like you are in a friends living room. The dental assistant was very gentle and thoroughly explains everything that she is doing and makes sure that you are completely comfortable. Of course Dr. Grafman is a total star! The first thing I really appreciated about her was her really progressive attitude. No old fashion tactics in this office! I have never had an easier time at the Dentists office. Dr Grafman knows all the tricks to making your experience pain-free and she uses them all. The attention to detail is really out of this world. They even provide patients with their own customized lip balm!! Where else can you get that?! I am definitely a pleased patient and will absolutely be recommending this office to my friends and family :)

Excellent personnel in every part of the office: front desk, hygienists & of course Dr. Grafman. I wouldn't go to any other dentist in the city. She is the only dentist I will take my children too also. Make sure you keep in touch with her when your kids get braces! Do not have any teeth pulled!

Dr. Grafman and her entire staff are wonderful. I am greeted with a smile every time I come in, and I never have to wait long to be seen. Go and see Dr. Grafman you won't be dissapointed. =)
