Learned more in one visit with Dr. William's than I have in all my others before! Most thorough dental exam ro date, he even took pictures of the inside of my mouth and teeth and showed them on a TV screen so I could see everything he was talking about! Highly impressed with Dr. Williams. The staff was so amazing. I felt very comfortable and felt like I was talking with friends. Hes your guy for all your dental needs! 5+ Stars!"

Dr. Williams and his staff were the best from beginning to end! He explained everything to me in detail. They all made me feel comfortable and took away my anxiety about being there. Dr. Williams sits down with you before he does anything and gets to know YOU before putting his hands in your mouth. Took actual pictures of my teeth to show me what was going on in there, instead of just showing me a bunch of xrays only he could understand. I definitely would recommend him to everyone I know. He is great!!!!

Dr. J. Ladd Williams and his staff believe that their practice is unique. As a Phoenix and Scottsdale area cosmetic dentist, Dr. Williams serves a wide variety of patients. Each case demands individual attention to the patient’s physiological and emotional condition, because each patient is a unique individual. Dr. Williams wants to forge a lasting relationship with his patients because he cares about their long-term health and well-being. Dr. Williams graduated as valedictorian of the University of Washington Dental School, class of 1994. He was also honored with the Senior Dental Student Award. At UW, Dr. Williams was a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society and the Alpha Omega National Honor Society.
Dr. Williams began practicing dentistry in 1994. He has since treated hundreds of patients of all types from Mesa, Scottsdale , Phoenix, and surrounding communities, honing his skills as a caring cosmetic dentist committed to exceptional results. Dr. Williams is accredited by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Because he is committed to staying abreast of the latest developments in the field, Dr. Williams periodically undergoes training and takes continuing education courses in restorative dentistry.
Dr. Williams is an Arizona native. He lives with his wife, Janet, and six children in Mesa, Arizona. He enjoys participating in outdoor activities with his family. Dr. Williams is active both in his church and in the community.

Every visit with Dr. Williams is exceptional. The staff is warm, wonderful, & professional. The care I receive is truly outstanding. Dr. Williams is knowledgeable, personable & always willing to take the time to explain the details of each procedure. I actually look forward to my visits, which is a high compliment for a dental practice.

Every visit to Dr. Ladd's office is a pleasure. All of Dr. Ladd's staff are incredible. They are always kind and inviting and make you feel welcome. Dr. Ladd himself has changed my life. Before coming to him I suffered from chronic migraines related to TMJ dysfunction. His knowledge in this area and skills are unmatched in my experience. I am so grateful for the relief he has brought me and better quality of life I now enjoy! You will not find a more caring or knowledgeable dentist anywhere.
