Super grateful they could take me in for a last minute appointment on a Saturday for a dental emergency. I was also panicking about my tooth situation and Dr. Mobley was able to calm me down, give me a plan on how to fix the tooth, and let me know that my tooth was going to be fine. Ashley was also great and re-assured me that she had a similar situation to mine and how awesome Dr. Mobley was and how she helped her.

Usually I try to avoid dentist much as possible due to previous trauma with different doctor, I met Dr. Macfarland few years ago since then I routinely follow up with my dental care he is an a Excellent doctor and has great bedside manner very professional and highly skilled doctor his staff also deserve a five star keep up the good work.

Dr MacFarlane is very caring. I found his habit of maintaining continuous chatter with his assistant rather distracting and annoying. I don't want to hear about their lives and family. Having dental work is too stressful as it is. It would be great if they could minimize the chatter!

Having been a bad patient by not having had a check-up or cleaning for a few years, despite the office contacting me, I finally went back & the service & treatment were excellent as it always has been in my experience!!
Dr.McFarlane even squeezed in a quick filling while I was there after the hygienist [Lisa] discovered an urgent problem when cleaning. Thank you guys - keep up the great work!!

I chose this office because it came highly rated but unfortunately my first appt was my last. The receptionist alone was enough to make me not want to come back. She was rude, harsh, and unwelcoming. Dr McFarlane was nice, but I didn’t feel comfortable in that office whatsoever.

Dr. McFarlane and his staff were just amazing! I made an appointment after finding him on ZocDoc for a broken tooth and when I called the day before they squeezed me in that same day to help me get my tooth fixed! Dr. McFarlane made my new tooth look even better than my original one! They were so accommodating and careful! They made sure I was comfortable and reassured me that everything would be okay. I'm definitely coming back for cleanings and x-rays. I found my new dental office!

I spent the first 25 years of my life going to the same Dentist, so one of the things I was worried about after moving to Austin was finding a good replacement. I did some research and saw some good reviews for Dr. McFarlane so I figured I would check him out. He was the first dentist I visited here and he'll be the only Dentist I go to while I live here. I'm not super up to date with all the breakthroughs in modern dental procedures, but based off the few appointments I've had, it seems like Dr. McFarlane approaches dentistry from a very modern approach. I had a crown fitted and he completed the entire procedure in under two hours. That includes the tooth prep, creating the mold, and fitting it. Not only is Dr. McFarlane a great dentist, he also really tries to build a rapport with his clients, and his friendliness comes across as totally genuine and not forced. I honestly believe he is just a extremely friendly and empathetic person. Other than Dr. McFarlane, his staff is also extremely professional and helpful. They are always willing to engage in conversation and offer great advice on dental upkeep. The entire friendly and professional culture of their office, I believe, is indicative of how well run their practice is. I've never had to wait for an appointment, and when they were ahead of schedule they even called me to let me know I could come in early. I will definitely be recommending Dr. McFarlane to anyone looking for a good dentist in Austin.

Always pleased to visit! All staff are very professional, prompt, welcoming and are on top of my insurance needs. Lisa, my dental hygienist, is so caring, talented and informative. She always gives me great feedback on how to best keep my teeth and gums healthy. Dr. McFarlane is thorough and attentive to my procedural needs. It was great that he fixed my two lower front teeth that had been chipping for several years before my first visit. He had kept an eye on them during previous visits, and we mutually decided that it was time to prevent more damage. Super easy and efficient! Thank you!
