The doctor was very polite, informative and answered all my questions. Together we came up with a plan of treatment, this is something I have not experienced with other dentists. With this being my first appointment, I felt very comfortable with the staff, treatment and Dr. Jacqueline Hguyen. I would definitely recommend her and Rockwall Family Dentistry to family and friends.

The best dentist I've ever seen. I clench my teeth at night and as a result have VERY sensitive teeth and tons of recession. Dr. Jackie saw immediately what the problem was and prescribed a special cream that desensitized my teeth. Normally I dread cleanings because they are so painful. Because of her expertise, I had the most comfortable cleaning I've had in years. THANK YOU Dr. Jackie!!! Great office staff too, very "with it" and prompt.

I had made an appointment for my sons and I at 5 p.m., when I showed up the receptionist said they had tried to contact me to reschedule but couldn't reach me. Admittedly I was a bit upset when I heard this because I had been looking forward to a long overdue checkup for all of us. But, any disappointment I had upon hearing this bad news faded immediately when Dr. Nguyen said they'd get us in that day even if they have to stay late. Once we were brought into the back to get started, Dr. Nguyen and her team really impressed me with their divide and conquer mentality as well as their warm bedside manners, they put all of us at ease and there was no rush even though they were well past their normal closing time. I can't recommend Dr. Nguyen and her team enough if you are looking for a great dentist.

Dr. Nguyen is always gentle but thorough. For someone like me, who grips the dental chair arm rests so hard I leave fingerprint imprints, being gentle and understanding my potential for sensitive gums, is very important. She is an expert with timid patients! I have been a patient for eleven years and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental care.

I am a big baby at the dentist but Dr. Nguyen was so patient! Plus, I have had sensitive teeth for many, many years and was always told to just use special toothpaste. She proposed a permanent fix to the problem. In less than 30 minutes the sensitivity was completely gone! Thank you, Dr. Nguyen!

Dr. Nguyen is an amazing dentist and overall a great person. She does an awesome job every time I go to her. I absolutely HATED going to the dentist, but she is so gentle and so caring for her patients that I love going to her. She goes above and beyond to make sure her patients are happy before she will let you leave her chair. She takes her work very seriously and is so compassionate towards others that I would drive over 100 miles to keep going to her before I went to anyone else. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Nguyen is a very friendly, knowledgeable dentist. She operates very efficiently when doing exams and does not waste time. Both she and her assistant let me know what they were doing prior to each aspect of the examination. All employees seemed very happy to work there. Very highly recommended.
