Dr. Lyles was born and raised in Southern California and has lived in Boston, Minneapolis, and the San Francisco Bay Area. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology at University of California Los Angeles on a full-ride scholarship as a UC Regents Scholar. Then she graduated dental school at Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine Magna Cum Laude, in the top 10% of her class. She was selected as a MassHealth Access Program Scholarship recipient due to her commitment to provide care to the urban, underserved Boston community upon graduation. She also received the Dr. William Cummings Award for “Dedication, Generosity and Unique Love of Dentistry”.
Following years of providing care in community health, Dr. Lyles continued her mission to meet community oral health needs through weekend dental events for military servicemen to be cleared for deployment. She has clinical experience in all general areas, including surgical extractions, restoring implants, endodontics, CEREC crown and bridge, Waterlase laser technology, and cosmetic dentistry. She believes in patient education to equip patients to understand the importance of oral health care and to maximize patient comfort in the dental chair.
