I love the TV in the dentist chair area. Loved the cleaniness. Love the window view. Thex-rays and cleaning were very thorough. I was sold on the electronic toothbrush too. very lovely and down to earth staff members. Very approachable. Great overall experience. The only thing I had trouble with was the location - I had a little trouble finding the place at first. But thats The Woodlands for you. Everythings hidden . :)

Good bed side manner, nice dentist
Issues with billing...didn't spell my name correctly. Supplied old number for bcbs claim forms instead of calling to verify my current numbers. Sent bill to the previous primary card holder when we no longer are on the same plan. This is a HUGE hassle to have fixed!
I was considering some major services, but I'll take them else where. This doesn't inspire a lot of trust.

I am terrified of the dentist but Dr. Kocian put me at ease immediately. She is very kind and took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything to me. She is very gentle and helped make the experience being in a dental office great.

The visit was very pleasant. However she had to refer me to someone else for a root canal. I was hoping to get it all taken care of in one office.

I went in with pain and left feeling so much better! The ladies at the front were very helpful getting me today even though Dr. Kocian's schedule was booked. Everyone at the office is very helpful and Dr. Kocian took great care of me. Myself and my family will definitely be returning.

I took my two sons to see Dr. Kocian and she was great with them. She showed them everything before she did it and they loved the toy box at the end of the appointment. It's so nice to finely find our family dentist.

I had a wonderful experience going to Dr. Kocian's office for the first time. The staff was friendly and I really enjoyed talking to the hygienist. Dr. Kocian was very thorough and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning to Dr. Kocian's office.

We moved to the area about two years ago and I have been looking for a dentist I could trust and I finally found that in Dr. Kocian. It doesn't feel like treatment is being forced on me and Dr. Kocian took the time to really explain everything to me. I highly recommend Dr. Kocian.

I would highly recommend Dr. Kocian's office. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Kocian took the time to explain the treatment I needed and I didn't feel like treatment was being forced on me like I have felt at other dental offices. Overall it was a great experience.
