I got two of my wisdom teeth removed here! After calling multiple offices with rude staff it was breathtaking to call this office with such lovely staff. They gave me a quick appointment for my consultation. Compared to other offices that tooks weeks. When I went into my consultation the doctor explain everything that I need to know to prepare for oral surgery. I have alot of anxiety and was nervous about doing this procedure but the doctor made me very comfortable. I knew I was in the right hands to get the extractions! The actual oral surgery took 45 minutes perhaps a little less since I was little loopy due to the happy medicine. Overall I could not have asked for a better experience amazing office staff from the receptionist to dental assistant! Thank you so much! Final I recommend anyone that wants an amazing experience to come here.

Dr. Su was very genial and an excellent clinician. He is compassionate and sensitive to his patients. He is quick and professional in the surgical aspect. His staff is exceptionally friendly and accomodating - Top notch!

Dr. James Su has over 30 years experience practicing all facets of oral maxillofacial surgery. He is an assistant clinical professor at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine and Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Dr. Su received a B.A. in Biology, magna cum laude, from New York University where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He attended Medical College of Virginia, School of Dentistry earning a D.D.S. with honors; he is a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon. In 1988, Dr. Su completed a four-year residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, serving as a chief resident during his final year. Dr. Su was board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1990; he is a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and member of New York State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Dr. Su has admitting privileges at New York Presbyterian Medical Center, Mount Sinai Medical Center and Elmhurst Hospital Center. He is dedicated to providing the highest quality of compassionate care to his patients and derives much satisfaction helping them achieve optimal function and aesthetic results. In his spare time, Dr. Su enjoys cycling, yoga, and spending time with his family.
