My appointment was with Dr. BINDU and the Dental Assistant TRISHA, both of whom were EXCELLENT. They discussed my area of concern and got to work right away. I was pleasantly surprised that they are able to do in-service work on crowns and bridges---no need to come back in three weeks just to get the permanent crown. They were very hospitable and made me feel welcomed, and relax. CYNTHIA, the Office Accountant/Budget, was also very friendly, explained my insurance coverage, and made the visit affordable! Even the Office Receptionist was welcoming. Overall, this office will indeed be my new dentist!

I came in because I thought my filling was loose, and I was greeted with professionalism and kindness by the front desk staff, and treated well when the assistant took my X-rays and chatted with me about the purpose of my visit. The Dentist then came in and made me feel most unwelcome. After jiggling my tooth, she let me know I didn't need a new filling, and then left without so much as an exam. I was still charged for the x-rays.

I've been going to Dr. Park for over 4 years and she's the very best! Very caring attitude. The office is modern with all the high tech equipment you need from crown mold making machines to on demand videos for the patients.

I scheduled my appointment for 2 PM, they had me scheduled at 2:30. They had me see another doctor at 2:45 and it only took about 5 minutes.

The entire Staff was exceptionally helpful and nice. They all seemed to know what try we're doing and were very professional while still maintaining a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. My experience turned going to the dentist into something that I now look forward to.

Everyone that works at Dr. Park's office is awesome. Very friendly staff, understanding (I was 10 minutes late), and excellent at communicating what they are about to do or what needs to be done. I never thought getting a cavity filled would be so painless and easy. I was in and out in 40-minutes and Dr. Park and her team did an amazing job. Thank you!!

Highly professional. Cool, precise, methodical, but not a robot. Also warm, caring, and patient. Seems clearly more interested in a good outcome than enhancing office revenue. I thought dentists like this disappeared years ago. She's proof they have not.

It Is more of cosmetics than dental health care. Office admin is distorted by authoritarian and unnecessary legal language, both verbal and written. My privacy rights were protected.

Dr. Jamie Park and her staff made me feel at home. They had all my answers before I asked them. They helped me pick out a plan that is comfortable for me. And over all, because they understood my fear for the dentist, they were externally gentle. I believe extremely gentle is one of their top priorities.
