Dr. Jamie Suman is a Tennessee native who found her way to the Rockies in 2003. She attended Texas A&M University and graduated in 1993 with an undergraduate degree in Pre-Dentistry. She received a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1997. Upon graduating, she headed west to Portland, Oregon, where she completed a two year residency under the mentorship for Dr. James Miller. There, she defined her skills in aesthetic and reconstructive dentistry. Dr. Suman then returned to Texas, where she practiced general dentistry for four years in the public health sector of Dallas. In 2003, along with their two daughters, she and her husband moved to Colorado, where she later joined the New Day Dentistry Northglenn family.
In her free time, Dr. Suman and her husband enjoy traveling, skiing, trying new restaurants, and watching their two teenage daughters compete in their athletic pursuits or perform in their dance and music recitals. There are few people in the world who love music as much as she does! She can often be found winding her way through the crowds to stand front and center for her favorite bands. When she isn’t seeing patients, Dr. Suman loves yoga, hiking and long walks with her dog, Moses (he came that way!).
Dr. Suman is passionate about restoring beautiful, healthy smiles. She treats every patient with careful consideration for their specific needs and makes their comfort, during and after treatment, a top priority. Her patients say she is the most down-to-earth dentist they’ve ever seen, as she treats each patient like family. Her colleagues praise Dr. Suman’s skill, patience and beautiful cosmetic results.
