No one likes the dentist but my visit (after a few years without a cleaning) was excellent. There was no shaming, as I’ve experienced with other dental offices, and they took care to make sure I was comfortable during my deep clean. Her and her team and great! I will definitely recommend to friends.

As most people feel, I hate going to the dentist. But Dr. Kearns and her entire office have forced me to reassess my emotions. I loved everything about my visit, from the moment I stepped into the reception area, until I left with clear next steps and an option to pay for my future treatment. Dr. Kearns made me feel safe and cared for.

Dr. Kearns knows what she is doing, but she's not great at retaining special patient information. I have a receding gumline and a connective tissue problem, which she seemed knowledgeable about in my first appointment- but then during a procedure she was dismissive of my concerns and seemed impatient. I'm sure it gets frustrating dealing with people who are confused and uncomfortable all day, but there can be a lot of adverse affects if things aren't taken seriously. I would see her again, but may be on the hunt for someone who can get on my level in the future.

Everyone in the office was super friendly. The xrays were quick and painless and they walked me though every process as it was happening. I typically do not like the dentist, but I was pleased to have had such a great experience that did not make me feel that way this go around. Highly recommend.

The office staff was friendly and professional. The waiting room was comfortable and clean. The exam room was also comfortable and clean. The technician and hygienist were extremely pleasant and demonstrated their professional knowledge, while making me feel cared for and most importantly understood. The dentist I saw also exhibited all of these traits and was able to diagnose an issue previously ignored by another professional. This was overall a wonderful experience.

The staff was very courteous. The technician was super bubbly and friendly. There were many photos and xrays but she made it bearable. Dr Kearns did my cleaning and I was impressed at the individual attention she gave me. You can tell this is a well managed office. I will be recommending others here for sure!

This morning was my first visit with Dr. Kearns, as I just moved to the area. The office staff is very friendly, punctual, and knowledgable. I went in for the semi-annual clean and my hygienist was amazing. She did a wonderful job, had great bedside manner, and shared great little tidbits about teeth knowledge (I am a chemist, so I love to learn about scientific ideas and she threw different tidbits of knowledge throughout my appointment, and it was lovely!) Dr. Kearns met me before my visit to explain the process and what happens within her office and after to do the final check and to ask how my visit had been. It was pleasurable as I felt everyone was not only friendly, but knowledgable. I will be back every 6 months.

She is great! Her hygienists are amazing. It was my daughter's first time at the dentist and they were awesome with her. The only negative was we had to wait for 30 minutes to be seen. It was my kids first visit and they built in a lot of extra time (20 minutes!) to fill out paperwork. The *paperwork* was an online form that took about 2 minutes to fill out, so super quick - then we just had to wait for another 25 minutes.

I have seen Dr. Kearns in the past and she has always been great. During my last visit I was serviced by Lisa, a hygienist. She was awesome, very personable and detailed. She made sure to follow-up with me. I just really appreciate her genuine interest in me as a patient.

I did not have a wait time as I had an appointment when the office first opened. The receptionist checked me in and reviewed the procedures I was scheduled to receive to ensure it was accurate. Each time I have visited, the dental hygienists have been wonderful to work with, and Dr Kearns does a review of their analysis to ensure nothing significant was overlooked. All the dental hygienists and dentists that I have encountered at Intown Dental Center have great customer service.

I was pregnant when I saw her and she was so pushy about me still getting x-rays even thought I told her I was not comfortable with that and only had one month left of pregnancy. She was incredibly rude and treated me like an idiot. I had no cavities or pain and saw a new dentist after I would not recommend this dentist.

I enjoyed all the staff, Dr. Patel and his techs. However I was extremely bothered by the way insurance/ billing was handled. Here I am trying to get dental care and it seemed that the payment method, making sure it was paid first before services were even completed, were more important than treatment.
If it wasn't for the folks at the practice being so nice and professional, I doubt I would return. I would have liked to have felt my treatment was more important than method of payment.

Seeing Dr. Kearns and her staff made me realize how behind the times my old dentist was. Dr. Kearns' staff used at least 4 types of new technology I had never seen before. They were not just "going through the motions" of cleaning my teeth - they took the time to really inspect all aspects of my oral health (including checking out my jaw muscles). They were very thorough and explained everything to me. I learned more about my teeth and gums from this visit than the past several years' visits to my old dentist! Plus everyone was super nice and fun to talk with.
