Dr. Jangsook Kim is a professional dentist. My wife is very scared of dental procedures and she made her comfortable and trusting in the dental procedure process. The doctor is very transparent on the how much things will be. The doctor takes feedback and previous visits from any doctor very seriously. The doctor will conduct a survey before your visit and then ask for more feedback on why these things were important and customize the experience to your individual needs. My wife was tense and while going to the appointment, but afterward she felt the doctor was the best doctor she has ever had an experience with. I recommend this doctor and will continue to perform my future procedures with this office going forward for all my family.

I was recommended her by a family friend, and I did not have much expectation finding a new dentist. The location was a bit out of my way, but fortunately the availabilities were in the opposite direction of traffic. The site was had plentiful parking.
The office space was not too big, and the lighting was not glaringly bright. I came about 10 minutes earlier to my appointment, and I was immediately taken in. The doctor's English is nearly perfect with some hiccups here and there, but I had no trouble understanding her. For today's appointment, I needed about ten of my fillings redone, and she asked whether I would like to do them all in one day or do half-now-half-later.
My previous dentist never gave me that option, so I was quite surprised at her level of customer service and understanding. Overall, I had a positive experience with Dr. Kim, and I will now be recommending her to my friends and colleagues.

She was a dentist in Korea for fifteen years since she had DDS degree from Yonsei University. First off, I love the fact that they are always willing to work around your schedule. Checking in is usually quick. Dr. Kim is very professional and kind. I noticed that she is a bit of a perfectionist which I love. She takes her time to make sure everything is done perfectly. All in all, I would recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Kim was very friendly, I came in for cleaning and routine check up. There was no wait time, Dr. Kim prepped me and did a routine cleaning. Cleaning was fast and she told me where the stains were and showed it to me using a mirror. She also took pictures and explained to me where the stains were afterwards. She was very thorough and I liked how she took her time to explain what she saw and gave me clear instructions how to floss and take care of my teeth.
