Dr. Jared Rosenstock is a dual degree Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, with training as both a dentist (DMD) and medical doctor (MD).
Dr. Rosenstock grew up in Toronto, Canada. He attended The University of Western in Ontario, where he received a B.S. in Biology. Following his undergraduate education, Dr. Rosenstock was awarded with a prestigious scholarship to the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated with high honors and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. Upon graduation, Dr. Rosenstock was accepted into a highly competitive six-year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery program. Dr. Rosenstock earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the Albert Einstein School of Medicine. He then completed his specialty training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at both Mount Sinai Hospital and Jacobi Medical Centre in New York City, where he completed 1 year of training in General Surgery and served as chief resident during his final year.
During his residency, Dr. Rosenstock not only gained extensive training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Anesthesiology, but also had the unique opportunity of becoming highly skilled in surgeries involving head and neck cancer, and facial reconstruction.
Dr. Rosenstock’s comprehensive knowledge and training extend far beyond the traditional scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Highly skilled in the removal of wisdom teeth, bone grafting, and placement of dental implants, Dr. Rosenstock adds so much to the Riverside Oral Surgery team as he is also highly competent in managing and treating medically compromised patients, oral pathology, salivary gland diseases, and orthognathic surgery.
Setting Dr. Rosenstock apart is his uniquely specialized training in pediatrics, including pediatric anesthesia and the comprehensive treatment of all pediatric oral surgery needs.
