Dr. Jaspreet's group helped me set up the appointment proactively and found a good time for me to come in where it wasn't busy and so I was seen to immediately. The procedure was to rebuild up some of the enamel around my teeth to protect areas that were becoming warn down and sensitive. Overall the procedure was quick (less than 30 minutes) and the numbing agent wore off in an hour or so and everything was back to normal immediately after that. Great team. Docs, assistance and staff are all helpful, smiling and complement each other well!

When the organization I work for schedules appointments for us I usually set my expectations very low on the professionalism, cleanliness, care that I will get from the usually shady providers. That said,
I was whole heartedly overwhelmed in how clean, professional and thorough the service that was provided to me was.

My family has been seeing Dr. Jaspreet for two years now (every six months) and I'm never not impressed with the service.
We have rarely needed to wait once we arrive. If we have a special circumstance (i.e. a crabby toddler) they rearrange the patient order without complaint so we can get the crabby one and an adult out the door first.
The staff, from Dr. down, are all extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Bedside manner is tops. It doesn't matter who is doing the cleaning when they are done I know how well each child is brushing and what spots are being missed. Dr. Jaspreet is very good at explaining what is going on in each mouth (i.e. what areas need to be watched) and if there's a problem she uses the xrays or will physically show me in the child's mouth where it is (unlike most dentist who just expect you to take their word & then charge your card). With Dr. Jaspreet I know she is putting our family's health as her first priority when she treats us.
I highly recommend Dr. Jaspreet and Bright Dental Smiles!

She saw us in a timely manner, the office even called me for the next available appointment when I had a flight to catch in the afternoon. My child had a tooth infection, which she quickly decided was a baby tooth ready to come out anyways. My child was totally fine through the anesthetic shot and tooth extraction was quick and painless. Happy child, resolved infection, and we caught our flight!

Dr. Dhingra-Bajaj and her hygienist were exactly as advertised here on Zocdoc. Gentle, clear about the procedure, and always concerned with my comfort. I felt like I had their undivided attention. I’m not thrilled about the news about these darn cavities, but I’m confident that when I come back tomorrow to have them filled, I’ll be treated with the same care.
