I was very pleased by the entire staff. They were very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The hygienist was gentle, but thorough. Dr Brownwas also gentle, explaining what issues she was seeing. I also liked the way the treatment plan was explained, making it easy to understand. I recently retired from a dental office in another state, so I know what good dental care is and this practice is top notch!

A treatment was recommended and the employees took the time to confirm whether it would be covered by insurance. Turns out that it would that the frequency for coverage would restart in 10 days. So they rescheduled my appointment for after that date.

I came in for a check up and ended up having to have three fillings and an extraction. Dr. Brown and her staff were extremely kind, caring, and professional.

Friendly staff and Dr. JaVon was great in explaining what needed to be done and why. Dr. JaVon and especially Sabrina was wonderful with my son! He even said he had fun at the dentist office!

These people really made me feel comfortable. They answer all my questions concerning my situation and options for treatment. They explain fully what I need to do and how they will treat my problems. I love the fact that we went over the financials concerning future visits and what I can expect to pay. No surprises. They will work with me to get the necessary work done. I don't mind going there at all. So far, painless.
