I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Hauser as my Dentist. He immediately instills confidence when he enters the room, and I feel more at ease knowing that he'll be working on my teeth. He is patient, explains the different procedures that he utilizes, and really takes his time with great gentleness and evident concern. Afterwards he checks in with me, to see how I feel, if I have any questions or confusion over his work. I usually do, and he waits calmly to answer them. He treats me with respect, doesn't pressure me to hurry, and after a 'question/answer' session, I really do feel more clear about the procedure and why it was necessary. He is generous with his time, respect and support. I couln't ask for a better dentist.
My appt before Hauser ended early. I called and asked if I could get in 20 mins early and they fit me in with the most helpful attitude . I really appreciated it. Friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Carrie remembers my interests and concerns and can explain them well to Dr. Hauser.
Dr Hauser has taken on my case and I'm very confident in his ability to correct my dentures and help me to eat again. Dr Hauser has superb customer focus, understanding, compassionate and cares about my outcome as a patient. He's highly skilled at dentistry. I'm very happy he's on my case. God bless him and his staff
