As everyone says. "I am not excited about going to the dentist", and I was no different. My first visit and in great pain , you guess it. I was no happy camper and at this time I had never had a great dentist trip, WELL I am here to tell you go to Dr. JAYDEE MARRERO and you will be very happy. Yes, happy to go to the dentist.
All I can say is Dr. Jaydee M. and her whole staff from the time you enter their office to the time you leave are the greatest. They top any meter in Professionalism, Courtesy and friendliness. When one says a Family Dentist they really mean that, for they treat you, as they would treat their own family. The best experience at a dentist I have ever had and nothing is ever going to make me not return there to complete my dentistry needs. Thanks you Dr. Jaydee and staff see you soon.

I first went to Family Dental for an urgent problem. I had no dentist in FL and CLFD had a flyer that I saw.. It was a Sat. and I called to see if they were open. They were not, but someone did answer the phone and gave me an apt for Mon. AM. The news was not good and proceeded to get even worse ...but Dr Marrero was very patient and explained my options. Throughout that visit and several more as my treatment continues Dr. M and her staff have been kind, considerate and caring. The waiting room is comfortable and offers water and coffee. The offices are clean, comfortable, and modern with all the latest equipment. Appointments are always on time or close. When waiting for the Dr. to arrive chair side, every effort is made for comfort, including a neck pillow, monitor and music if you choose. When I do need to wait, an assistant is with me or checks with me frequently. I haven't met all of the staff but the several I have met, go out of their way to be pleasant, friendly, caring and professional. They all get along well and help each other out as needed. Tania, who is usually my assistant, is WONDERFUL, she answers endless questions, makes sure I am comfortable, puts me at ease (as much as one can be in a dentist office!) by chatting with me, always follows up as needed with the lab or Dr. and obviously cares about her patients. Sarah is also a sweetie! CLFD does everything they can to help me afford my dental care. They offer the Cigna discount plan, which in my case saved me a lot of money, and they have CareCredit to make payments more spread out. I find their charges to be very competitive and a few times I wasn't even charged for things for which I have been billed at other practices. When there was a problem with the lab not only Tania but Dr M herself spent time on the phone trying to make things right. I am very happy that I found this dental office, Dr. M and her staff are wonderful! NO I did not get paid or get any kind of discount for this review - I am just very happy with CLFD!
