I had to have a tooth pulled today & because of its roots it was really hard to do. Dr. Hsu and his assistant Rick were very patient and just kept at it. I needed extra anesthetic because I wasn't numbing up like I usually do & Dr. Hsu just gave me more and waited for it to start working. He just took the time needed and kept me pretty calm while he did it. Rick was enormously efficient as well in assisting him and I really appreciated that.

Went in for a root canal and a tooth extraction. Dr. Hsu did the extraction with very little problems but the root canal had part of the root in a place he didn't feel he could reach so he referred me on to a specialist. I appreciated the fact that he was upfront about his limitations. Another dentist might have done it anyway and either do a lousy job or really botch the tooth and create a lot of pain.
I appreciated his honesty and bedside manner. He along with Megan and Rick did everything they could to make sure it went as smoothly as it could.

Jeffrey is friendly and thorough. He explained everything about the filling procedure before it happened. He and his assistants were gentle with my teeth and he immediately stopped at the first indication of discomfort. Additionally he showed concern with my wisdom teeth and referred me to a facility to get a consultation and treatment. I also really liked that he presented me with the bill *before* the procedure started. I knew I could pay for it, but that was a first for me and I rather liked it.

It was great that he was able to get me in to see him within 4 hours of setting the appointment. He usually sets aside Mondays for Dental Emergencies, which was my situation. It was also very good that he explained things clearly before he did them in a consultative way - I really appreciated that.
