The office staff are very friendly, answer the phone quickly and answer any questions you may have. Quick to return calls and work with insurance estimates or lack of insurance. Dr. Brubaker is extremely personable and knowledgeable in her profession. Takes time to actually talk with her patients and makes you feel like not just another patient.

Love this dental office, they are fun, nice and have a happy demeanor. It is the meca of ladies... no dude in site and it is lovely. They embrace technology and I appreciate they have the cutting edge of equipment as well as the TV's in each chair making the patient very comfortable. I am hopeful they succeed because it makes going to the dentist tolerable. Finally they stand behind their work, I had a crown that fell off and they immediately addressed it by getting in the office in a couple of days to get it addressed and get my chopper's back at 100%. If you are looking for a life long dentist or a new dentist, this lady is a great choice. I actually drive to Glen Carbon for them from Granite City because of these ladies.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Whitney did a very good job at cleaning my teeth. Liked my first time visit. The dentist was very thorough in looking at my mouth. Will go back for next appointment.

My last visit was great! The Hygiene girls are wonderful and very friendly. Dr Brubaker always makes me feel special and always takes her time with me while I'm there. The assistants are also great they all are so warm, fun, and kind. They all make me feel as they have known me forever. I have never had a bad experience there. Highly recommend Glen Carbon Family Dentistry!!
