Dr. Roberts and her staff were very warm and kind to me. I hadn't been to a dentist in several years, and needed to have an embarrassing amount of work done. I was actually dreading my next dentist visit, and had lived with broken teeth for more than two years just because I was scared to go in and face the music. After I took the plunge and scheduled my first appointment, I was blown away by how professional and excellent everyone at the office was to be around. There was never a time that I was made to feel bad or guilty about the state of my neglected teeth, and I could feel that the people at the office genuinely cared about me and wanted to help me.
While undergoing treatment, my comfort level was always the top priority. I felt like I controlled the pace of the work as I was ready for it. After having work done, I was well informed by the staff about how to care for and clean the sensitive area, and they even gave me training and supplies to help. Once when I called in with a concern, I was speaking directly with the doctor almost instantly. That level of care really made a difference.
Being a patient of Dr. Roberts was a calming and reassuring experience. I'm done with my fear of going to the dentist - I actually have my next cleaning already scheduled. Best of all, after completing my treatment plan, I've started smiling again :) Thank you!!!

The whole staff was amazing! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. Dr. Roberts took the time to explain how she came to her decision for a treatment plan and everyone there was so upbeat. Amazing visit! I would recommend her to anyone!
