Having a strong customer service background I am very observant. The first impression was on the phone and that was all I needed to know before I even went there. First impressions are key with me. The doctor and staff made me feel welcomed and they are always smiling, and not in a fake way. I totally made the right choice by coming here for my appointment.

Dr. Schaffzin earned his degree from Nova Southeastern College of Dental Medicine and received post graduate training at the prestigious general practice residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center. His extensive continuing education includes courses in cosmetic dentistry, implant restorations, porcelain veneers and root canal therapy. I think the staff in the office are awesome. From being greeted as soon as I walked in til it's time to check out. Very pleasant. I would definitely recommend it to my friends. Doctor was so funny, made not worry about in the dental chair.
