The staff were wonderful and extremely friendly. Dr.Lien was very profession and explained everything to me. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone!!!

Dr. Lien was born and raised in Plano, TX. She spent her undergraduate years at the University of Texas at Austin and afterwards attended Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry to obtain her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Patient satisfaction is her number one priority, and she works with her team to ensure that patients are treated like family.
Dr. Lien is proud to be serving her community and hopes that she can create a positive impact. She is compassionate, honest, and detail oriented and aims to achieve a low stress environment where her patients can feel at ease and comfortable. I love the chairs and T.V. on the ceiling. Dr. Lien and the rest of the staff were hospitable and made me feel relaxed.

Office was clean and comfortable. The staff very friendly! I liked Dr. Lien right away and believe she did a great job! Everything was explained and she took her time. I did not feel rushed at all. I am very happy to have found my new (and permenate) dentist!

Great! Dr. Lien and her assistant are super nice! I’ve had two cleanings done and they were both extremely comfortable visits. They even had a TV on the ceiling with NetFlix to watch while they’re working. Overall, some of the best experiences I’ve had with a dentist.

This is a very professional and well-maintained establishment. The entire team seemed highly trained in their professions and very upbeat and friendly. I was truly impressed with the cleanliness of the office from front to back. The waiting room had a generous amount of snacks and beverages. As for my teeth cleaning I was comfortable to entire time and the doctor and her assistant were very accommodating, always checking to make sure I was at ease. Five Stars!! Great Job!!

I have to take a moment and talk about how great the staff at Smile One Dental is. Its been a while since I’ve been to the dentist and I had a little bit of apprehension about going to a new office. From the moment I called the office to see if they take my insurance I could tell this was going to be my new dental home. The team was friendly and listened to my concerns, they made me feel comfortable during my cleaning and there was even a TV in the room, so I could be at ease. I look forward to my next 6 month visit! I will be telling all my friends and family to go here.

Dr. Lien was very thorough with her treatment plan and made sure I understood everything before we started. She’s very gentle and her staff makes you feel very at ease and welcomed!

Dr. Lien and her staff are very kind and they work efficiently. Dr. Lien takes the time ensuring the patients are properly taken care of. She also takes the time to go over dental health and encourages proper cleaning.

Jessica Lien is without a doubt my favorite dentist. It's really awesome going to see her since she has weekend hours that fit my busy schedule. I also really like the personal touch. This one time, I was about to drive to her office and the weather was terrible. She called me concerned about driving to her office even if it wasn't that far away asking to reschedule so I wouldn't need to drive in terrible weather.
