I scheduled my son for and annaul cleaning. We went in, they did X-rays and then brought someone in to counsel me about work he supposedly needed per the x-ray, work that he had done less than a year ago, when I didn't agree to having any other work done and stated that I just want to continue with the cleaning as scheduled. I was told that they couldn't do the cleaning, if I wanted the cleaning I would have to reschedule to come back in three months later. Awful service, either you agree to extensive dental work even if you don't need it or you won't get the work you came in to have done.

This office is just a money making machine! They will find any excuse to charge you and basically everything you need is a "special version" not covered by insurance. I had received regular cleanings and check ups for years. When I went to their office in Dec., they told me I had 4 cavities and also required a special cleaning for which I had to pay out of pocket. Given the high costs of the quote for the additional dental work (which would require numerous visits), I passed. When I had my appointment 6 months later somewhere else, as expected, everything was fine. They were shocked that I had received a negative exam 6 months before. Lastly, this office makes it very difficult to obtain your records. It is pretty standard for offices to fax records, but not this office (they require that you go in person which is not State Law here in Florida, just their office policy). Beware, and take your checkbook because you will have to pay!
