Took my son in for a cleaning and was a bit disappointed. Besides the long wait the dentist didn’t even come out to update me or discuss the procedure or give any feedback. When I asked the young lady upfront she said the doctor didn’t make any notation of anything to relay to me. I’ve been here before and last time the doctor was very professional and walked my son out after the visit which allowed me to address any concerns. This time the communication and professionalism was lacking

My new dentist! I'm very picky, I've been through several dentists. Haven't felt like the patient/doctor chemistry was there. With her I felt it right away. Nobody likes to go to the dentist, she made me feel at ease right away, to where the cleaning wasn't that bad. I'm glad I found my new dentist!

I have not been to a dentist in years. I need a lot of work done. I left there feeling much better than before. Dr Liu was wonderful. She went over all my options in great detail and never made me feel like she was in a rush. I feel more at ease having all the work done that needs to be done now. Staff was also very friendly!!!

I would caution against seeing this dentist.
I went to Dr. Liu for the first time today for a dental cleaning. My regular dentist has been backed up because of Hurricane Harvey, and I wanted to get some stains taken care of before Christmas. Seeing the good reviews on Zoc Doc I thought I found someone good. While she has a great bedside manner - she chipped my tooth during my cleaning!!! (Dr. Liu does the cleaning herself; her assistant only did the polishing). And the tooth she chipped was a front lateral incisor too. She didn't even bring it up. I found out when I got in my car and looked at my teeth in the mirror :( Didn't want to bring it up and go back inside because it's hard for me to trust someone who chips teeth. (By the way, I'm young about to turn 30 with no cavities, so my teeth shouldn't break that easily).

I went in with severe pain, not knowing why. Dr. Jie Liu performed a speedy diagnosis and explained my treament plan thoroughly, ensuring I understand. The environment is very calming with entertainment in room. Staff very friendly. I'm pleased.

I have been seeing Dr. Liu since the office opened, and their pleasent and promptful responses are very much refreshing. I have on many occasions be able to be worked in acter either being late, or wanting to come in a day early. Her staff is always happy and there to help. Great office and staff!

First experience will not be my last. Great beside manner, Netflix to watch in the room along with something to drink was the most any dentist or doctors office has done to make a patient feel comfortable. Even had blue skies & cherry blossoms on the lighting tile to put the room in a zen like state. Mrs. Liu's beside manner was excellent, highly experienced and knowledge on her craft and advice is great to getting you the smile you want. Highly recommended
